With a few, simple ingredients you can make nutritious, good masks of things you already have in the kitchen. What is healthy eating can actually do good for your skin.
Mask for dry skin
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
Mask for oily skin
1 tablespoon liquid honey
juice of half lemon
3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
egg white from one egg
Mask for combination skin
2 tablespoons liquid honey
2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
Whisk ingredients together and leave to rest in refrigerator for half an hour. Lubricate the mask on the face, and let it work in 15 minutes before you rinse off with plenty of lukewarm water.
Refreshing Mask
4-5 fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon liquid honey
Mash strawberries and mix with honey. Let the mask work for about 10 minutes.
Moisture Mask
approximately 1 / 4 cucumber
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
Puree cucumber in a food processor and mix with yogurt. Let the mask work for about 10 minutes.
The swollen, tired eyes
Take two cotton and allow them to attract plenty of Kamil look. Cool them in the fridge and then put them over the eyes for about 10 minutes.
Peeling
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 tsp apple juice
1 teaspoon crushed almonds

Mix baking powder and water, and scrub the skin gently for about a minute. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
Lip Cream
1 / 4 cup vegetable oil (eg sunflower oil)
1 tsp liquid honey
few drops of essential oil, for example. with lemon
1 / 2 teaspoon beeswax
Mix well until you have a thick mass. Is it too thin, you may add a little more honey. Butter on the lips and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. You can also try your way and create their own variations.
